1. Membership & Registration Fees
- Membership fees and registration charges paid to the organization are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, the management committee may consider providing a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.
- If a payment is mistakenly processed more than once due to a technical, bank, or payment gateway gateway error, the excess amount may be refunded after proper verification and receipt details.
- Refund requests for double transactions must be submitted within the prescribed time period (typically 7 working days) along with relevant payment details and supporting bank statements.
- Approval or rejection of any refund requests shall be at the sole discretion of the central board of Akhil Yuva Vahini.
2. Cancellation Guidelines
Users who wish to deactivate their active memberships may request deactivation by contacting our office. However, any fees paid prior to the cancellation request remain non-refundable.
